Purchases made on our website are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds for these purchases are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its 14-day refund period where it applies. Refund requests can be made to Paddle or to us at support@luciditydreams.com. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
Except as described above or as required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For web purchases, use the link in your receipt email or contact us at support@luciditydreams.com. For in-app purchases, use your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
