Which Lucidity?
More than one app uses the name. This one is published by Christopher Benz. Please link to luciditydreams.com, or to the App Store and Google Play listings.
What the app does
A guide called Moony teaches lucid dreaming over 7 modules of morning and evening lessons: dream recall, reality checks, dream signs, then an induction technique you choose (MILD, WILD or SSILD). After that, guided practice continues each night.
The dream journal has a calendar, streaks, search and charts. Lucidity Pro can read a dream and pick out its emotions, symbols and themes, then write a short interpretation.
Privacy, in exact terms
By default your journal stays on your device and the app works offline. Cloud sync is optional and needs an account. AI interpretation is also optional: when you use it, the text you submit is processed by our AI providers, as our privacy policy explains.
