Christopher Benz is the founder of Lucidity and has been in the world of lucid dreaming for over 15 years. Built together with lucid dreaming researchers and dream scientists, Lucidity was born from passion and scientific knowledge. It offers the most complete interactive lucid dreaming program for smartphones, along with leading dream analysis and interpretation tools.
Lucidity's story starts back in 2012, when the iPhone's motto was "There's an app for that." But at the time, no good lucid dreaming app existed. Christopher set out to build the best lucid dreaming and dream analysis app for the dream community.
Today, Lucidity is the most-used lucid dreaming app. Hundreds of thousands of dreamers in over 100 countries have learned with it, and it is translated into more than 18 languages.
Christopher studied communication science and psychology. His whole work comes back to one fascination: lucid dreaming, the psychology of dreams and the edges of human consciousness. Everything he writes here comes from his own practice and from more than a decade of building the tool he wished he'd had as a teenager.
